What this terminal collects
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics pixels. If you send an intake request, email or telephone us, we receive the information you choose to provide. That typically includes:
- name and organisation;
- email address and, if you call, telephone number;
- the content of your request, including any project or technical detail you include;
- ordinary correspondence metadata created by email or telephone systems.
The on-site intake form opens your mail client. The message is sent by you, not uploaded to a hidden server on this website.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss possible work, and — if we are engaged — to provide AI app development and related services. The lawful bases are:
- legitimate interests, in answering a professional enquiry you have initiated;
- contract, or steps prior to entering a contract, if the correspondence concerns a proposed or active engagement;
- legal obligation, where we must keep records for accounting, tax or similar duties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence that does not become an engagement is kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and a short follow-up period, unless a longer period is required by law. Engagement records are kept for the life of the work and for the statutory period that follows.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with professional advisers, hosting or communications providers who process it on our instructions, or with authorities if the law requires it. If a specific engagement needs a subcontractor, we will do so under a written arrangement appropriate to the work.
International transfers
We operate from the United Kingdom. If a tool or provider stores information outside the UK, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where one is required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data we hold, object to certain processing, and request portability where it applies. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To exercise a right, write to about@cappservicesltd.ink.
Children
This site is intended for professional contact. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
